Do I need to go to the Sub-Registrar office?
No. Our executive comes to the location you choose, so you do not have to travel or take time off.
How do I know what I will pay before booking?
Use the calculator on this page. It shows stamp duty, registration fee, document handling charges and our service fee. The final government amount is confirmed on your draft.
What if the rent goes up in the second year?
Tick "Rent increases during the period" in the calculator and enter the new rent. The agreement and the fee both account for it.
Can I see the agreement before signing?
Yes. We share the draft first and make changes until you are happy with it.
Can you renew an existing agreement?
Yes. Message us the new rent, deposit and period and we will prepare it.
Who needs to be present?
The owner, the tenant and two witnesses, with their documents. We tell you exactly what to keep ready when you book.
